All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchases to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item, I will send out a replacement. If for some reason, we are not able to replace your item, we will refund the full purchase of your item.
*We are no longer providing exchanges if you ordered the incorrect size. The measurements of each garment are clearly shown in each listing as well as photos showing the garment on the body. Each item is made-to-order, so this makes exchanging very difficult. Thank you so much for understanding.
Shipping & Handling:
Depending on when you place your order, it can take anywhere from 1-7 days to ship out your order. Some items are made-to-order by my sister and I and we complete and ship orders once per week (usually mid-week). Other items are fulfilled from a third party and shipped separately from our in-house items. You will receive separate tracking for those items.
*Please note that mugs and shirts ship separately.
